Halee leads Rising Ember Foundation's strategic vision, community engagement, and partnership development. Drawing on nearly two decades of entrepreneurial and organizational leadership, she builds sustainable relationships with nonprofits, businesses, community leaders, and corporate partners to expand resources, volunteer opportunities, and lasting community impact.

Sylvia helps guide Rising Ember Foundation’s outreach and community initiatives through compassionate support, advocacy, and meaningful engagement. Drawing on her social work background and experience supporting individuals and families through recovery, trauma, healthcare, and complex life challenges, she helps create welcoming spaces where people feel seen, heard, connected, and empowered.
