Past Reflection Hikes
Moments of reflection, connection, and community shared along the trail.
Letting Go, Making Space
Reflection Hike | October 4, 2026 | Hayward Shoreline
Our second Reflection Hike brought our community together along the Hayward shoreline for a morning of movement, conversation, connection, and reflection.
We began with a question:
“What are you holding onto that you’re ready to release?”
As we walked, we invited each woman to consider what she might be ready to loosen her grip on, an old belief, an identity she has outgrown, a perception, a role, a responsibility, or something else that no longer feels like hers.
There was no expectation to arrive at an answer. The invitation was simply to walk, notice, connect, and make a little space for whatever came up.
Some women chose to share their reflections. One wrote, “fear of standing up for myself.” Another reflected on letting people go, recognizing that life is transitioning and learning to adapt to what comes next.
Those small moments of honesty are part of what these walks are about. When women have space to connect without expectation, we often discover that the things we carry quietly aren't ours to carry alone.
Sometimes making space for what comes next begins with releasing what no longer belongs.
“These hikes are so therapeutic… The water was amazingly hypnotizing and spiritual.”

Where the Journey Began
Reflection Hike | August 23, 2026
Our inaugural Reflection Hike brought our community together for a morning of movement, meaningful conversation, and connection in nature.
We began our walk with a simple question: “How do you show up for your loved ones and your community on a daily basis?” Along the trail, we were invited to reflect on the everyday ways we care for one another, through our presence, our actions, and the small choices that can make a meaningful difference in someone else's life.
More than a hike, the morning was a reminder that community is built in the ways we continue to show up for one another, one conversation, one connection, and one intentional act at a time.
Together, we rise.
