About the event
Join Rising Ember Foundation for our October Reflection Hike, a morning created for movement, meaningful connection, and intentional reflection.
Our Reflection Hikes invite women from all walks of life and stages to step away from the demands of everyday life, spend time in nature, and connect with themselves and one another.
We’ll walk together along a scenic, relatively flat trail in Hayward, pausing along the way for a guided reflection exploring what we may be ready to release and what we want to make more room for in our lives.
No hiking experience is necessary.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and participate in the reflection and conversation in whatever way feels comfortable to you.
